How the Application Process works:
1) Fill out an application below and email to the address above.
2) We will have a phone interview with you.
3) You will be added to waiting list.
4) When a pregnancy is confirmed, we will contact you to make sure you still want to purchase a pup. We get your deposit then.
5) Pups can go home as early as 8 weeks (as long as they are weaned, healthy, and doing good).

Family pet (all family pets must be spayed or neutered within 24 mos of age), show dog, breeding (we are not allowing breeding at this time)

Family dog OR Therapy dog (visiting hospitals or people in need), confirmation, herding, obedience, agility, tracking or nose work, service work, home protection, search and rescue.
Where will your dog live?
Indoors only, outdoors only, combination of both, sleep inside at night, sleep outdoors at night.

house, condo, apartment, rent, or own
Do you have a fenced yard?
What home environment will you provide the dog? Where will it sleep and play?
How many hours per day will the puppy be left alone? How will it be housed while you are away?
How many children do you have and what are their ages? If they have been around large
dogs, how are they? How are they with other animals?
Do you have other dogs? If so, please describe, their breed, ages, gender and whether they are spayed/neutered. How are they with other dogs? What other animals do you have?
What are your family activities where the dog will be/won't be included?
Will you need to have the puppy shipped to you or will you be picking up here onsite in Kodak, Tennessee? (You are responsible for getting puppy to you.) Sometimes we will meet you halfway with puppy for a fee or come all the way to you, just ask.
